Sheena – About Me

Hey, I’m Sheena—born and raised in 'berta baby!
I’m basically a retired raver turned gym rat who now spends Friday nights eating ground beef and cottage cheese, watching The Office reruns, and wondering where it all went wrong (kidding, mostly).

When I’m not modeling, you’ll find me lifting heavy things, hanging out with my friends and cats, hopping between new breweries and cocktail bars, or absolutely dominating the karaoke stage. Modeling started for me as a fun way to get creative, meet new people, and step a little outside my comfort zone. Also, maybe just a tiny bit of narcissism... but like, the healthy kind.

My favorite shoot so far? The car wash bikini shoot. Nothing like getting sudsy with your squad to feel like an absolute legend.

Style inspiration? Honestly, Pinterest chaos and thrift store treasure hunts are my jam. If it’s weird and wonderful, I’ll probably wear it at least once.

Fun fact? I drive a manual car and have an unapologetic love for the Fast & Furious franchise. Family is everything, right?

My ideal weekend? Lift heavy. Look cute. Patio drinks with the homies. Life’s all about balance.

To me, empowerment is about finding your version of confidence—whether that’s in front of a camera, behind it, deep in Photoshop, or somewhere totally unexpected.

And it’s about loving people fiercely for whatever makes them shine.
